The Bouclé Teddy will arrive vacuum, but will be in model within 5 minutes! However, it will have the nicest shape after more than 48 hours and some kneading :)

Your cat can use the bed right away, it won’t affect the process.

No. The design allows airflow around your cat’s body so they stay comfortable year-round.

Yes! But only the cover! Simply zip it off and pop it in the washing machine. Wash the cover on a gentle warm machine cycle with mild detergent. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron. Simply hang to dry.

The inner foam is protected with a waterproof lining, so there’s no need to wash it. Washing the foam would damage it. If you’d like to wash the waterproof lining, you can zip it off and wash on cold. Make sure all pieces are completely dry before reassembling.

You don’t need to! The memory foam is protected by a waterproof lining and should never be washed, as water can damage the foam’s structure.

Pets Pride offers a 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects only. We also offer a 3-year warranty against memory foam sagging. This limited warranty applies to defects due to faulty workmanship or materials.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by rough use or misuse. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Bites, rips, or tears
• Excessive scratching or clawing
• Stains or burns
• Moisture damage from condensation
• Damage caused by commercial use (e.g. in hotels, boarding facilities, or retail stores)

Our beds are designed for normal at-home use by cats and small dogs.
